Current Processing & Shipping Notice

Due to our recent operational relocation, staffing shortage, equipment downtime, and current production backlog, some orders are experiencing extended processing times beyond our normal processing window.

At this time, our estimated processing times are as follows:

Standard in-stock items: 7–10 business days before shipment.

Custom apparel, decorated products, uniforms, embroidery, DTF/DTG printed items, and made-to-order products: 10–20 business days before shipment, depending on production volume, supplier inventory, and the specific items ordered.

Department stores, group sales, fundraiser stores, and bulk/team orders: These orders are typically produced together after the store or ordering period closes. Processing may take 2–4 weeks after the close date of the group sale, depending on order volume, supplier inventory, and production requirements.

Backlogged or previously delayed orders: Orders affected by our relocation, staffing shortage, equipment downtime, supplier delays, or production backlog may experience extended processing times of up to 6–8 weeks from the original order date while we continue clearing the backlog.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the customer automatically. Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier and destination.
